Our story

It Started With a Cheese Tray

Gina LaMora grew up in South Africa in a big, close-knit family, where feeding a crowd was simply part of life. Helping plan the grand opening of GURU Salon in Temecula, she offered to put together a simple cheese tray. It grew into a 48-inch round grazing table, guests started calling her "the cheese lady," and in 2019 Grazing Theory was born.
